These Terms govern your access to and use of the Spermahxsu Cycles website and services. By contacting us, scheduling an inspection, or transacting through us, you agree to these Terms.

Services

We provide evaluation, inspection, listing, sale, and purchase services for pre‑owned bicycles in Bengaluru. We may decline any bike at our discretion where safety or compliance is a concern.

Quotes and pricing

Quotes are estimates based on information available at the time and may be revised after in‑person inspection. Final offers are valid for 48 hours unless stated otherwise.

Seller responsibilities

• Confirm lawful ownership and disclose known defects or structural repairs.
• Provide accurate identification for KYC and payment processing.
• Remove personal accessories unless agreed in writing.

Buyer responsibilities

• Review the inspection sheet and ask clarifying questions before purchase.
• Use the bicycle responsibly and perform routine maintenance.
• Comply with local traffic and safety regulations.

Payments and taxes

We support UPI and IMPS. You are responsible for taxes applicable to your transaction under Indian law. Invoices are shared electronically.

Limited guarantee

Used bicycles are sold "as‑is" unless a written guarantee is provided. Our 7‑day fit & function guarantee covers issues that contradict our inspection findings; wear‑and‑tear and crashes are excluded.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service or bicycle.

Prohibited uses

You may not misuse the site, interfere with security features, or submit illegal or infringing content.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text and layout, is owned by Spermahxsu Cycles or used with permission. You may not reproduce it without consent.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
